# Access and Logistics

We have two downtown Toronto locations. Please confirm the location shown in your appointment details before travelling, because services are split between the sites.

## Exchange Tower

Our Exchange Tower clinic is on the 36th floor. The building is at the corner of King Street West and York Street. You can enter the building from King Street West or York Street, then follow the building’s internal directions to the elevators and the 36th floor.

### Public transit to Exchange Tower

St Andrew Station is the closest subway station to 130 King Street West and is approximately a three-minute walk from the building. St Andrew Station has elevator access to the concourse level. Check current TTC service and elevator status before travelling, especially if you require a step-free route.

## Commerce Court

Our Commerce Court clinic is located below street level in the Commerce Court PATH complex. The unit is C-126 in the West Wing. Integra SkinLab and select wellness services are located here. If your appointment is for psychotherapy, the care team will confirm the in-person location through correspondence.

King Station provides access to the Commerce Court retail concourse, where the subway station entrance is located. From the PATH or subway concourse, follow signs for Commerce Court and the West Wing. Allow additional time to locate unit C-126 within the complex.

A paid underground parking garage serves Commerce Court. The garage is fully automated. Pay stations accept all forms of payment, and the exit pay lanes accept credit cards. We do not currently publish parking rates, height restrictions, accessible-parking details, validation arrangements, or a specific garage entrance for appointments, so please contact us if you need those details before arriving.

## Appointments and arrival

All health services, including walk-in clinic visits, are provided by appointment. Please arrange an appointment before coming to either location. Our online booking pages identify the location and provide directions through the map linked to each location. If you are unsure which site to use, our care coordinators can help match you with the correct location and provider.
