Integra Men appointments are arranged in advance. Treatment consultations and procedures take place in a private clinical setting. ## Men’s sexual health and wellness services ### The P-Shot The P-Shot is a platelet-rich plasma treatment using components from your own blood. We draw approximately 1–2 ounces of blood from your arm, process it to concentrate the platelets, and inject the preparation into the penis. The procedure generally takes less than an hour, and most patients can resume ordinary activities immediately. Sexual activity may be possible after four hours; your physician will provide individualized instructions. The treatment is discussed in relation to: - erectile function - sexual stamina - penile health and sensitivity - blood flow - contours and curvature - recovery time between erections A consultation is required to determine whether the treatment fits your goals and medical circumstances. ### G-Tox G-Tox is a non-surgical treatment involving Penile Botulinum Toxin, such as Botox®, Xeomin®, or Dysport®, injected into the dartos muscle. We apply topical numbing cream before the injections. The procedure takes approximately 30 minutes and generally involves minimal downtime. Noticeable changes are typically described as appearing within 5–7 days as the retraction reflex is reduced, creating a more relaxed outward appearance when flaccid. G-Tox does not influence erect length. ### Scrotox Scrotox, also called scrotal rejuvenation, uses botulinum toxin injections to address the appearance of scrotal wrinkles and create a smoother, more relaxed, lower-hanging appearance. We apply topical numbing cream, then administer several small injections into the skin of the testicles rather than the scrotal sac itself. It is an outpatient procedure with minimal recovery time, although we will provide specific aftercare instructions during your appointment. ### Shaft Tox Shaft Tox is listed as a men’s health service. Detailed treatment parameters, expected duration, pricing, recovery guidance, and candidacy are reviewed during consultation. ## Hair rejuvenation Hair Rejuvenation uses platelet-rich plasma to stimulate hair follicles and support new growth and overall hair quality. We begin with a consultation that covers your concerns, treatment expectations, and relevant medical history. During treatment, the extracted plasma is prepared and injected into the selected area. Topical numbing cream is available to improve comfort. Temporary discomfort, redness, or bruising may occur after injections and generally resolves quickly. Treatment typically lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on the area being treated. Sessions are built around a confidential relationship with your therapist and may use: - CBT - DBT - ACT - EMDR - psychodynamic therapy - emotion-focused therapy - Internal Family Systems - mindfulness-based therapy - trauma-informed therapy - solution-focused therapy The care team includes Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Social Workers, and Psychotherapy Interns.
