## Psychotherapy and counselling

We provide mental health services through Integra Mindspace, with appointments available in person at our downtown Toronto clinics and online. Our care team includes Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Social Workers, and Psychotherapy Interns. If you are unsure which provider or service fits your needs, our care coordinators can help match you with the right clinician.

Appointments are available through our online psychotherapy booking page:

You can also contact us at **416-777-9355** or **intake@integrahealthcentre.com**.

## Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a confidential, one-to-one relationship with a therapist. Sessions may include cognitive-behavioural techniques, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based methods. We work with you to understand your concerns, develop practical coping tools, build self-awareness, and pursue mental health and wellness goals.

People seek individual therapy for many reasons, including:

- Anxiety, panic attacks, chronic worry, work stress, and burnout
- Depression, low mood, emotional numbness, fatigue, and loss of motivation
- Grief and loss, including bereavement, pregnancy loss, illness, and anticipatory grief
- Trauma and post-traumatic stress
- Relationship concerns, communication difficulties, breakups, trust issues, and family dynamics
- Life transitions involving career, divorce, parenthood, aging, relocation, or identity changes
- Self-esteem, confidence, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome
- Emotional regulation, anger, overwhelm, boundaries, and resilience
- ADHD, OCD, ASD-related concerns, addictions, chronic pain, and stress management, depending on the provider's area of practice

Our booking options include individual psychotherapy and more affordable therapy with Psychotherapy Interns. The booking menu lists a **50-minute Individual Assessment with a Psychotherapy Intern for $100**.

Fees and availability can vary by provider and service, so please confirm the current details when booking.

## Couples and family therapy

Couples Therapy consists of joint sessions where partners can discuss concerns confidentially with a trained therapist. We address communication, conflict resolution, emotional connection, intimacy, relational dynamics, and preventive relationship care. Sessions use communication techniques, conflict-resolution strategies, and targeted interventions to help partners develop mutual understanding and practical tools.

Couples and Family Therapy is available virtually and in person. The online booking menu lists a **50-minute Couples & Family Therapy appointment for $190**.

Participating clinicians include providers with experience in couples counselling, family dynamics, interpersonal concerns, fertility, cancer support, and relationship issues.
