About Us
Our history
We founded Integra Health in 2015 with a mission and vision to change the way healthcare is delivered. We began as a single clinic with a small group of practitioners and a focus on building care around the patient rather than around the healthcare system.
Since then, we have grown into a multidisciplinary organization with a broader provider network, expanded clinical and wellness programs, and services delivered both in person and virtually. Our evolution has included a move into a penthouse clinic at Toronto’s Exchange Tower and the development of programs serving individual patients, corporate clients, and public-sector organizations. By our tenth anniversary in 2025, we had rendered more than one million visits.
Our clinical model brings medical, rehabilitation, wellness, and mental-health perspectives together. We also apply the same collaborative approach to corporate and public-sector programs, including employee health and wellness, mental health, virtual care, and other healthcare initiatives.
Ownership and mission
Integra Health is a BIPOC, female-owned organization. Our central mission is to change the way healthcare is delivered by making care more connected, accessible, and responsive to the people who use it.
Our work is guided by these principles:
- Integrated care: We encourage communication and coordination among doctors, chiropractors, naturopaths, psychotherapists, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of a patient’s care network.
- Patient participation: We listen to your goals, lifestyle, priorities, and concerns. Your experience and knowledge of your own life are important parts of planning care.
- Access and convenience: We consider location, hours, booking systems, technology, and communication when designing the patient experience.
- Patient-focused systems: We aim to build healthcare systems around trust, connection, clear communication, and practical patient needs.
- Innovation: We use new therapies, digital tools, data, and process improvements where they support better coordination and care delivery.
- Continuous improvement: We value incremental changes in scheduling, equipment, communication, and education alongside larger organizational developments.
- Team culture: We believe that a well-coordinated team supports a more connected experience for patients.
