Hours and Timing

Regular clinic hours

We operate two downtown Toronto locations, and hours vary by location and service. All health services, including walk-in care, are provided by appointment, so please arrange an appointment before visiting.

Exchange Tower

Medical care (in-person medical care and walk-in-by-appointment)

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Friday: 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Physiotherapy

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

The Exchange Tower location moved to Suite 3600 as of October 20, 2025.

Commerce Court PATH

Medical care (in-person medical care and walk-in-by-appointment)

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Commerce Court is also used for Integra SkinLab and selected wellness services. Service availability may not cover the full clinic opening schedule, so check the appointment options for the service you need before arriving.

Appointment timing

• Same-day walk-in appointments may be available until the day’s appointment capacity is filled.
• Virtual medical visits have eligibility requirements, including being rostered to an Integra family doctor or having seen an Integra walk-in physician in person within the previous 24 months.
• New patients must first book an in-person visit before becoming eligible for a virtual visit.

Physiotherapy appointment lengths

• Initial assessments: 60 minutes
• Follow-up appointments: 30 minutes

These appointment lengths describe the visit duration and do not change the clinic’s posted opening hours.

Friday hours and service confirmation

Our published pages show a Friday-hours discrepancy for Exchange Tower: the Medical Services page lists 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., while the contact page lists 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. If you need an Exchange Tower appointment on Friday, confirm the available appointment time through the relevant service page or by calling us at (416) 777-9355.

Holidays and special timings

We are closed on Stat Holidays

We have not published a holiday closure calendar or a list of holiday-adjusted hours here. Check the relevant service page or contact our office before visiting on a statutory holiday or other holiday period.

Published information also does not specify separate operating hours for lab services, vaccines and flu shots, or each individual wellness and SkinLab service. Appointment availability should be confirmed for those services in advance.
