Cancellation Policy

All appointments at Integra Health are scheduled in advance, including medical care, walk-in medical visits, wellness and rehabilitation services, mental health appointments, and Integra SkinLab services. Our walk-in clinic operates by appointment rather than on a first-come, first-served basis.

Notice required

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives us an opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient.

For Aesthetic and Integra SkinLab services, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.

The 24-hour notice expectation applies whether you are canceling because you are unwell or for another reason.

For same-day cancellations and no-shows, a full appointment fee may be applied.

If you are feeling unwell, contact us as soon as possible rather than waiting until the appointment time.

How to cancel or reschedule

You can:

When rescheduling a medical appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid the same-day cancellation fee. We will try to move the appointment to another time on the same day when possible, but same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed. If no suitable time is available, we may need to move the appointment to the next available day.

Medical appointments: late arrivals and fees

For medical appointments, please arrive early enough to complete any required forms or preparation.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that the physician will still be able to see you. If the physician cannot accommodate the late arrival, the missed-appointment fee may apply.

For medical services, the published same-day cancellation and missed-appointment fees are:

  • Standard appointment: $50
  • Extended appointment or physical examination: $90

The medical clinic policy identifies these amounts as the same-day cancellation or missed-appointment fees. A late arrival of more than 10 minutes may be subject to the applicable fee when the physician cannot accommodate you.

Refunds and fee credits

If you have questions about whether a cancellation fee can be refunded, credited toward a future appointment, or waived, please contact our care team before canceling a paid service. Our published policy describes when a full fee or a medical missed-appointment fee may apply, but it does not outline a general refund process.
