Naturopathy

At Integra Health, we provide naturopathic medicine for patients seeking an individualized approach to health concerns, prevention, and wellness. Our naturopathic care combines modern scientific knowledge with natural forms of therapy.

We begin with a detailed assessment and investigation of your concerns, then create a treatment plan based on your health history, goals, and clinical needs.

What to expect from a naturopathic consultation

Your first visit includes a thorough consultation covering your full medical history and relevant laboratory information. We also discuss areas such as:

  • Nutrition and diet
  • Hormonal health
  • Gut health and digestion
  • Your current symptoms and health concerns
  • Your wellness goals and priorities

We use this assessment to develop a structured, individualized protocol. Depending on what we are treating, our naturopathic doctors may order in-house laboratory testing and prescribe supplements.

Recommendations are based on your case history, available laboratory information, and stated health goals rather than a one-size-fits-all supplement plan.

We also use naturopathic consultations to support education and prevention. The aim is to investigate and address contributing causes of a health concern while helping you understand practical choices related to nutrition, lifestyle, and ongoing wellness.

Conditions and health goals we address

Our naturopathic medicine services may help with the following areas:

  • Fertility and support for infertility
  • Hormonal health
  • Pre- and postnatal care
  • Digestive health
  • Muscle and joint aches
  • Stress management
  • Dermatological concerns
  • Weight management

Your practitioner will determine which services and recommendations are appropriate after reviewing your history and needs.

Services and therapies

Depending on your treatment plan, naturopathic services may include:

  • Acupuncture
  • Manual therapy
  • Vitamin injections
  • Supplements
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Lifestyle counseling

We may also recommend in-house laboratory testing when it is relevant to the concern being assessed.

Supplements are selected with attention to your laboratory results and goals. Bring a list of your current medications, supplements, and relevant health information so your practitioner can consider your complete situation during the assessment.

A specific herbal-medicine menu, named herbal protocols, and dedicated detox programs are not detailed here. Ask during your consultation whether those options are appropriate for your individual needs.

Appointment length

  • Initial naturopathic assessments: typically 60–75 minutes
  • Follow-up appointments: typically 30–45 minutes

We use extended appointment times to allow for a detailed review and treatment planning.
